Pad printing inks

Asert sells a complete range of inks specifically developed for pad printing.

Thanks to the experience in pad printing machines and tampography products, Asert offers the most wide range of inks available on the market with custom‐made solutions based on your demand.
Our aim is to guarantee constant quality in order to assure the maximum productivity.

There are several colours available for each ink type, the table on the left shows the standard colours of the inks with the corresponding codes.

The following table provides a list of our pad printing inks while showing on which materials they could be used. In addition the following parameters are analysed:

  • near the code of the ink there are letters which indicates the type of the ink (O one-component, T two-component, OT it can be used both as a one-component and a two-component);
  • when it can be used there is a certain number of asterisks to express the level of adesion, it ranges from 5 (maximum value) to 1 (minimum value).
