Asert is Industry 4.0
Tampographic machines built by Asert srl, fall within the “Industry 4.0” parameters
The term Industry 4.0 (or Industry 4.0) indicates a trend of industrial automation that integrates some new production technologies to improve working conditions and increase productivity and production quality of the plants.
The term Industry 4.0 (or Industry 4.0) indicates a trend of industrial automation that integrates some new production technologies to improve working conditions and increase productivity and production quality of the plants.
Industry 4.0 goes through the smart factory concept which consists of 3 parts:
Smart production: new production technologies that create collaboration between all the elements present in production or collaboration between operator, machines and tools.
Smart services: all “information infrastructures” and techniques that allow systems to be integrated; but also all the structures that allow, in a collaborative way, to integrate the companies (supplier – customer) between them and with the external structures (roads, hubs, waste management, etc.)
Smart energy: all this always with an eye to energy consumption, creating more efficient systems and reducing energy waste.
The key to the industry of 4.0 is cyber-physics systems (CPS) or physical systems that are tightly connected to information systems and that can interact and collaborate with other CPS systems. This is the basis for decentralization and collaboration between systems, which is closely connected with the concept of industry 4.0.
