TVO 200/300 – Orthogonal boards

The orthogonal cast iron tables TVO TVO 200 and 300 are made keeping to the minimum the overall dimensions in height, while preserving the compactness of the structure which is a guarantee of the accuracy and rigidity required for an apparatus of this type.

All the support surfaces are accurately ground, as well as the sliding guides prismatic and adjustable.
The control screws, with trapezoidal thread, are mounted on thrust bearings double acting, adjustable axially.
Both movements, with independent locking are provided with graduated zeroing ring with graduation equal to 0.1 mm. axis linear displacement.
Parallelism, squareness and step screws errors are carefully controlled in order to ensure the precision required by this type of equipment.
